We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task and that sometimes things go wrong. We want to help make sure that your shopping experience is a pleasant and hopefully easy one.
Production from time of order placed to send out varies from 2-7 days. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Most orders are received in 7-8 days after order is placed, sometimes sooner or sometimes later. If out of the US shipping may be longer. Orders are sent through USPS 1st class mail.
Once item is sent out I will supply you with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped it is in the care of the postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.
If there is a problem with your order (lost, wrong size, etc) please contact us with your questions and order info. We will do everything in our power to work with you to correct the errors.
Check and Re-check your order before submitting because you cannot cancel or change once it's been placed.
